Where I work
I come to you. There is no showroom to visit: the setup happens at your house, your backyard or your venue.
A map of the area drops in here once the home city is set. Travel past 20 miles carries a fee.
Questions people ask
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you have a date. Weekend mornings are the only slots I work and there are eight of them in a month, so they go first. If your date is close, ask anyway: a gap happens.
Do you decorate outdoors?
Yes, backyards and parks included. Florida weather gets a plan: balloons in direct sun behave differently, and we talk about shade and timing before the day rather than on it.
Can I buy the décor myself?
That is exactly what Style and Set is. You buy what you like, I build and style it, and you keep every piece afterwards. It is the lower price of the two routes.
What if it rains?
We agree an indoor fallback when you book, not on the morning. Tell me the backup room at the start and I plan a setup that works in both.
Do you deliver the balloons and leave?
No. I set everything up in place and leave the room finished. A box of balloons on your kitchen table is not the job.
Do you work with my caterer or photographer?
Happily. Give me the photographer's name and I will make sure the backdrop faces the right way and the light is not behind it.
Do you decorate at a church?
Yes. Baptisms, first communions, confirmations and church banquets, in a fellowship hall or at home afterwards. A church hall has its own rules about what can go on the walls, and I ask about that first.
